Patient feedback is very important to us to provide a quality service, which meets the needs of our patients and helps our staff to make continuous improvements at Kettering General Hospital. 

We are currently in the process of transferring over to a new Friends and Family feedback centre, any QR codes or web links you currently have may no longer be active.

If you wish to give any feedback, please email kgh-tr.PatientExperience@nhs.net. The information you provide to us is moderated by our Patient Experience team and shared with the departments that you have visited.
