Freedom of Information Publication Scheme

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the Trust is required to make certain information routinely available to the public. We have followed the guidance of the Information Commissioner's office detailed in its Model Publication Scheme and in its Definition Document for Health Bodies in England.
