Apprenticeships
At Kettering we run a successful apprenticeship programme that offers career pathways in a wide range of hospital based jobs like Business Administration to Estates apprentice. We work with in conjunction with nationally recognised governing bodies and provide support right up to level 7 apprenticeship which is the equivalent to a master’s degree.
Many of our employees started in our apprentice scheme and continue to take on further educational challenges to complete their career goals and aspirations. For more information see Best of Both Worlds.
Unfortunately the TRAC system is currently experiencing difficulties. This is effecting both hospitals and candidates accessing the system. TRAC are working hard to resolve this.
