Apprenticeships
At Kettering we run a successful apprenticeship programme that offers career pathways in a wide range of hospital based jobs like Business Administration to Estates apprentice. We work with in conjunction with nationally recognised governing bodies and provide support right up to level 7 apprenticeship which is the equivalent to a master’s degree.
Many of our employees started in our apprentice scheme and continue to take on further educational challenges to complete their career goals and aspirations.
