Urology

Urology is the branch of medicine and physiology concerned with the function and disorders of the urinary system. At Kettering General Hospital the Urology Team provide a comprehensive urology service.
 

Our Services

The department treat a wide range of conditions and they include:
  • Andrology/Erectile Dysfunction is only available at Kettering
  • Haematuria - blood in the urine 
  • Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms
  • Paediatric Urology (Age 2 to 16th birthday general urological conditions)
  • Urinary Tract Infections
  • Urinary Stones
Exclusions are:
  • Circumcisions for social, cultural or religious reasons
  • Gender Affirming Surgery, all referrals are made to Leicester Hospitals
  • Neonatal Paediatric Urology, all referrals are made to Leicester Hospitals
  • Renal Transplantation, all referrals are made to Leicester Hospitals
  • Vasectomy and Reversal Vasectomy

Our Clinics

The General Urology Service is based at Kettering but it is also available at Corby, Rushden and Isebrook.  Appointments are by appointment only.
