Anticoagulation and Deep Vein Thrombosis Service
The Anticoagulation Service provides international normalised ratio (INR) testing and monitoring and dosage advice for those patients prescribed warfarin.
The service supports those patients commenced on Direct Oral Anticoagulation for Venous Thromboembolism and the service also manages those patients referred to the Deep Vein Thrombosis clinic following referral by General Practitioner.

Face to Face clinics are held on the first Friday of the month at Nene Park and telephone clinics are held on Fridays.
