How well did we do?

The Spiritual and Pastoral Care Team welcomes feedback from patients, their loved ones, carers, and visitors through the NHS Friends and Family Test. 

Hard copies of the feedback forms are available from our Chaplains or the Spiritual and Pastoral Care office which can be found next to the Multi-faith Chapel.

We are looking forward to using this information to continually improve our patients’ experience within KGH.
