Cynthia Spencer

Peer Enjoyment Programme

The Peer Enjoyment Afternoons offer a supportive environment for patients to participate in a range of leisure activities to maximise enjoyment and quality of life. Staff and volunteers provide a friendly welcome with plenty of laughter and emotional support. Volunteers run activities with support of the Wellbeing at Cynthia Spencer Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and rehabilitation assistant
 
Requires clinican or CNS referral on to programme. Please speak to your clinician or CNS if you are interested in attending this programme.

Wellbeing for carers

Wellbeing Drop-In session on 2nd Wednesday of the month: 10.00am - 11.30am

  • Power of Attorney/Wills
  • Relaxation and Complementary Therapy
Come and find out about Wellbeing at Cynthia Spencer and the sessions we offer. If you would like to talk with someone confidentially for advice and support, or just a friendly chat and some information, you are welcome. Also includes: Family and Friends Support Group.

Breast Cancer

Breast Friends Northampton

Breast Friends Northampton is run by women who have been through a breast cancer diagnosis. We are a Northampton based support group for people affected by breast cancer by people affected by breast cancer.

We meet locally at the Dapper Sandwich, 7-9pm every first Wednesday of the month.
