Shortlist announcement: 2025 UHN Excellence Awards sponsored by SmartCo Future Health

We are delighted to share the shortlisted nominees for the 2025 UHN Excellence Awards sponsored by SmartCo Future Health!

It's a huge achievement for our colleagues and teams to have been nominated and then shortlisted as a finalist. It is also a reflection of their care and commitment to their work at UHN that someone has taken the time to nominate your team for this award. This year we received over 450 nominations across all award categories, so being shortlisted is something we hope you our 50 shortlisted nominees will be proud of.

Those shortlisted have been invited to the awards evening on Wednesday 26 November 2025 at the Mercure Hotel, Northampton.

If you have not received an invitation and think you should have done, please email  ngh-tr.communications@nhs.net

We will soon be sharing out the nominations in full to everyone shortlisted and nominated. For the first time, to help to celebrate as many colleagues as possible we will also be inviting some of those colleagues who were nominated to attend the awards as guests. Keep an eye on our internal communications for more details soon.

Please note we do not share details of who made the nomination.
