We have recently transferred to a new Friends and Family Test (FFT) feedback centre.

Please note that f eedback is anonymous; when giving feedback about your experience of care in our hospitals please do not include details that could identify you, your friends or family.  

The information you provide to us is moderated by our Patient Experience and Engagement team and shared with the departments that you have visited.
