Rockingham Wing Extension - Proposed Timeline and Next Steps
We have now appointed Integrated Health Projects (IHP) as our construction partner to deliver the Rockingham Wing Extension project and the below estimated timeline has been produced.
We need to remove the Leylandii hedge and trees to the rear of Rockingham Wing outside of bird nesting season - this is a legal requirement. These trees must be removed because we know the earthworks planned are likely to severely damage the roots.
Once the trees have been removed we can assess the need for fencing with our neighbours and, in advance of construction works, will ensure that screening is provided.
After the building work is completed final landscaping will be undertaken and replacement trees planted.
