The tests provided include the assessment of sperm motility, morphology and full counts, with vitality testing where required. The service works on an appointment system basis, where on receipt of a completed pathology request form, an appointment and suitable container will be sent directly to the patient.

Patients requiring advice are advised to consult their referring doctor. If referring doctors require clinical advice, they are advised to consult Dr Hilary Martin (Clinical Lead for Andrology) in the first instance, who may redirect the query to the Urology or Fertility teams as appropriate.
