A paediatric nurse at Kettering General Hospital has helped write a chapter in a new book for student nurses.

A new Chief Digital Information Officer has been appointed to provide world-class digital services across both University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group (UHN) and University Hospitals Leicester NHS Trust (UHL). Group Chief Digital Information Officer, Will Monaghan, joins us in the summer and will work with both UHN and UHL CDIOs to transform care for the 2.2 million patients served by the Trusts through better use of digital, data and technology.

Strike action from junior doctors is expected to have a serious impact on NHS services across Northamptonshire.  The British Medical Association (BMA) has announced that junior doctors will strike from 7am on Saturday 24 February until 11.59pm on Wednesday 28 February.
