Support within the Hospital
- Carers have the right to continue to provide support to the patient with dementia while they are in hospital see John's Campaign for more information.
- Concessionary parking - Speak to the nurse in charge if your loved one is likely to be in hospital for a prolonged stay.
- All about me patient profile (Word document) - This can be printed and completed and brought into hospital. It will support staff to provide person centred care for the person living with dementia. Otherwise please ask a member of staff for a booklet to complete.
