My Care Northants - Maternity Pilot
My Care Northants is an online portal powered by Patients Know Best (PKB) that gives you, the patient secure access to your health records so you can manage your own care. It’s a tool designed for you to help improve your choice and control over your health care; enabling us to support you in the best possible way.
Who can take part in the pilot?
This portal is being piloted with a group of expectant mothers under the care of Wellingborough Community Midwives and Northampton's Community Western and Central Midwives.
Should I use My Care Northants if I have an emergency?
No, My Care Northants is NOT for emergency use.
For any urgent pregnancy related issues such as change to movements, bleeding, abdominal pain, waters breaking etc. please contact Delivery Suite on 01536 492878/ 492879 if you are over 20 weeks pregnant. Please visit urgent care or the Emergency Department if you are under 20 weeks pregnant.

Please note this is a pilot for University Hospitals of Northamptonshire, and we will be adapting and adding additional functions such as radiology and pathology reports, scan reports and appointments along the way.
How can a carer access My Care Northants record?
How do I Register?
If you wish to join, register here.
Once registered, you will be able to access parts of your My Care Northants record from within the NHS App and can use your NHS login encrypted single sign-on to do so.
