How you can help
We appreciate that many of you wish to do something to support our staff and patients effected by Covid-19, weather that is making a donation to our Covid-19 Fund or delivering tangible items (gifts in kind). We are profoundly grateful to everyone who has assisted us during this unprecedented period.
Gifts in Kind
We have been overwhelmed by the number of generous businesses, individuals and organisations that have offered products and/or services to help our staff and patients. If you wish to donate specific items/products, please contact Jayne Chambers on 01536 493210 or e-mail email@example.com
To enable us to accept all deliveries safely (in line with current social distancing and infection control protocols), it is imperative that you contact Jayne or the #wecareteam on: 01536 493210 before delivering items.
Donate to the Covid-19 Fund
As a result of the pandemic, we set up a Covid-19 Fund to help enhance the wellbeing of staff, patients and volunteers impacted by the virus. Income here will be used to fund well-being packs/gifts for staff and volunteers (including hot meals, high energy protein bars, refreshment, snacks, wash kits/toiletries, overnight stay kits etc), products or services that can help reduce the spread of Covid-19, staff quiet rooms, counselling, products that help patients in isolation e.g communication devises and other general items/services that will be of benefit.
If you wish to give to this cause, or make a general donation to any other ward/department, you can donate online by clicking the ‘donate heart’ at the top of this page (please state where you would like your donation to go under the ‘leave a message’ field). Alternatively, find out more about payment/giving options.
