KGH is committed to providing more of its services closer to where our patients live and so has invested in this brand new purpose built unit.

For the first time people will be able to access diagnostic tests and outpatient clinic appointments in one place in East Northamptonshire and for many this will mean not having to travel into Kettering to use these services.



Services available at Nene Park

Audiology – Hearing and screening tests for adults and children


One stop Cardiology services – Including ECG tests, and cardio tapes

Pathology – Blood testing and Warfarin Clinics

Radiology – X- Ray facilities available Monday to Friday and facilities for mobile mammography and MRI scanning on site

Ultrasonography – Ultrasound scans will be available Monday to Friday

What can you expect?

Nene Park offers outpatient clinics in a modern purpose built unit with excellent clinical facilities.Our dedicated and skilled staff are here to care for you in a high quality environment with free parking, welcoming reception and waiting areas (including a dedicated children’s waiting room) and a vending area where you can purchase hot drinks and snacks.
Other facilities include a baby changing room with separate infant feeding room. We also have a special toilet for disabled adults with a ceiling mounted hoist and changing facility. We aim to make your appointment as pleasant and stress free as possible.

Nene Park Opening Times

  • Blood Tests – 8.00am - 3.30pm, no appointment necessary
  • X-Rays and Ultrasound - appointments only service – all patients must have been referred by their GP or hospital consultant
  • If your GP has referred you for an X-Ray or Ultrasound you will need to call to book your appointment.
  • If you are calling before 12 noon please ring 01536 494089
