The Board of Directors
The Trust is governed by it’s Board made up of Chairman, Executive and Non- Executive Directors.
The role of the Board of Directors is to set the organisation’s strategic direction, monitor and assure the successful implementation of the strategy, ensure the existence of robust governance arrangements and establish effective scrutiny and assurance processes that ensure good and safe patient care, accountability and financial probity.

Senior Staff and Management Board Members
The Trust Executive Director team support the Chief Executive in carrying out the detailed executive work of managing the Trust on behalf of the Trust Board.
The Executive Team provide focus and leadership within the Trust and ensure that staff are able to participate in decision making. In addition the Executive team monitor progress against objectives.
Associate and Assistant Directors support their Directors in ensuring that the clinical requirements, targets and financial responsibilities are delivered. They will also assist in developing detailed and comprehensive business and service plans for the Trust.
