The Trust is required to provide and maintain registers, these will include;
The registers are maintained by the Trust Board Secretary and record any interests that that the Board, Senior Managers and Council Members may have. The registers are up-dated as required and reviewed formally on an annual basis

Assets Registers and Information Asset Register
An asset register is required to record all fixed assets and intangible assets with an individual value over £5,000. This is to ensure the Trust can identify the current value and location of its major assets and to charge the cost of those assets over their useful economic lives in the Trust accounts. Information regarding the Trusts Assets are contained in the Annual Accounts which are produced annually.
The Trust does not hold an Information Asset Register
