Number of temporary staff currently in post for banding 6-9

How many temporary staff does the organisation currently have (for equivalent banding of 6 to 9)?  This is only for non-clinical temporary staff including interim managers, project managers, directors etc.

Response 1 

The Trust employs band 1-4 non-clinical staff from our staff bank only.  Where the Trust employs staff from an agency on band 6-9 we do not hold this information centrally. We have established that it would take more than 18 hours to locate the detail of the banding information you haveasked for, as it would require us to manually extract the information from each invoice and only if the information is detailed. Therefore we consider that the exemption offered to us in S.12 of the Freedom of Information Act2000 relating to the cost of compliance is applied, since we are of the opinion that the costs whichwe are allowed under the Act exceeds £450. As you will be aware this is not an exemption whichrequires us to consider the application of the public interest test.

How many fixed term contract (non-permanent employees) people does the organisation have for banding 6-9?

We have 38 staff on banding 6-9 who are on a fixed term contract.

Request 3 

What (if any) projects each budget holder has within their work plans for the next 6 months?
