For the financial year 2010/11 there were 153 admissions where patients were diagnosed with Crohn’s disease which equated to 148 patients.

There are no specific pre surgery protocols for Crohn’s disease patients.

The Trust undertakes 20-24 GI clinics per month, and 8 CNS clinics.  The clinics incorporate slots for Crohn’s patients, there is not a specific number allocated.
