Does the Trust offer emergency contraception/the morning after pill/emergency hormonal contraception to pupils on school premises, either through its own staff, service arranged through the trust, a partnership of multi-agency   arrangement, or similar?

I can confirm that the Trust does not provide any emergency contraception to pupils on school premises.  Therefore the response to questions 2 to 6 is not applicable.
